Dr. Doman graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degree in 2003. Since that time she has worked in Nova Scotia and in 2007 became co-owner of Eyes on Bedford, an Optometry Clinic in Bedford, Nova Scotia (a suburb of Halifax). Specific clinical interests include pediatric optometry and contact lenses. As an active member of the Optometry profession she is currently a Council Member and Secretary/Treasurer of the Nova Scotia Association of Optometrists. She is also extensively involved with public education at the provincial and national levels. Personal interests include traveling, golf, figure skating and cross-country skiing.
